"I hate taking pictures. When someone points a camera at me, I remember every single mean that I’ve heard about me and tears well up in my eyes. Working with Kari was an extremely safe experience. She never once let me have enough time to form a negative doubt in my head with her genuine excitement and praise. It felt so good to work with someone who is truly passionate about their art and clients. I had my photos taken in twenty degree weather, and we were both freezing, but the lengths that Kari went to produce photos were hilarious. We definitely trespassed while taking photos by someone’s metal staircase for an “industrial” look, and they turned out pretty cool. The way that she is able to turn any background into a beautiful moment shows how talented she is. Overall, I loved how beautiful and confident Kari made me feel during the shoot and in the final photos."
